Susan the receptionist was terrible to deal with. They confirmed our appointment for noon, we showed up to the appointment only to find out it had actually been scheduled for 11:30am and we had arrived to late. When we were advised to rebook and they would try to get us in as quickly as possible. We tried booking in for an appointment later next month, as it was supposedly the only appointment available.
