I highly recommend this staff to anybody in need. Very honest and accommodating, above and beyond people. Things you might not expect they can do to help you, are regularly offered and carried out. Everybody is so friendly and educated, and the staff has also grown; so there’s more help available than there was in the past. Every single person there, truly cares about every person who walks through their doors, and doesn’t judge. You will leave with resources/next steps at the very least if that’s all you need.
Very poor, your mental health is in the hands of people who don't care at all about your mental health
Getting help can definitely be a stigmatized and difficult process, regardless of where in the world you are. These guys can help make it a bit easier, they've helped me stay more on track with my mental health check ins
