We have rented with BC Memphis Property for over 10 years! Never had an issue, big or small, that wasn't addressed and fixed. They are very courteous and professional people there. We were always treated with the upmost respect. I recommend them to my family and friends often. Jayne is the best Property manager I've ever known. Trust them to find you the perfect home!
Rude property manager, wouldn’t even consider treating us like actual renters because of the way we look, just a horrible experience, judged us as soon as she saw us! She didn’t even sell the house to us, she just stood there as we walked through with an attitude. Most likely because we weren’t WHITE OR OLDER. AND She went out of her way to make us look bad to the owner of the house and still made me show up to see the house just to say they weren’t going to rent to us. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
