It was fast, efficient and no nonsense. Michael was personal and professional. I felt welcomed and reassured. I am looking forward to my surgery date for more than my eyesight being fixed. It was a good experience.
Update new review. Must say I was not happy with a few things I dealt with at first, however Michael and Auturo, contacted me and made everything right. Must say they went above and beyond as customers matter. Thank-you 😊. I have to add now got second opinion. And won't be having the surgery done here. Found a very high rated guy, and is half the price.
I had an outstanding experience with Michael Ho, and Dr. King for my ICL eye surgery. Michael was very responsive leading up to the surgery, providing daily updates as there was a shipping delay in the lenses needed for the surgery. The procedure itself went smoothly, and the results have been life-changing.
