Worst mistake I ever did was hire this bakery to do my daughters birthday cake. First the baker said he knew how to do fondant. When I saw the cake the fondant was wrinkled, cracked and you could see the seams. Second, we asked for a two tier cake, he gave us 4 (1-inch) tiers different sizes.
