I’ve been training here for years and I can honestly say, one of the best decisions of my life. Incredible team atmosphere, incredible training, and so many great friends.
My son loves his BJJ classes, and a huge part of that is Professor Ben and the coaches. You can tell this is truly Professor Ben's passion. He knows how beneficial BJJ is for kids and always weaves in life lessons—respect for parents, responsibility, good sportsmanship, and even reminders to wash their uniforms. Classes start with a fun warm-up game, and then the instructors take their time making sure each child really understands the technique. The coaches are so patient with the kids. We highly recommend BJBJJ!

Ben and the team are fantastic! Our boys have thrived here. Great community of people that foster resilience, hard work and discipline.
I’m thankful for this place because of the people and atmosphere are kind and welcoming and it’s like my therapy. When I’m here my anxiety eases up and my anger fades and I feel calmer when I get home and for the next day or two. Coach Ben and E are both kind and supportive and I enjoy my time with them
