Ben and the team are fantastic! Our boys have thrived here. Great community of people that foster resilience, hard work and discipline.
I’m thankful for this place because of the people and atmosphere are kind and welcoming and it’s like my therapy. When I’m here my anxiety eases up and my anger fades and I feel calmer when I get home and for the next day or two. Coach Ben and E are both kind and supportive and I enjoy my time with them
Everything here is perfect down to the community and classes, you learn and put the moves to work, while having a good laugh
Best gym around! Professor Ben will whip you or your kids into shape in no time. You'll also be able to snap, crackle, and pop your partner in so many different ways you never thought possible. Have trouble discipiling your kids? No worries, he'll whip them into shape and teach them manners along the way. Looking for new friends? The parents of the students couldn't be any more inviting. Stop by, try it out, and I guarantee I'll see you again!
I’ve been working out with Ben for several years. He’s a great guy! He’s always on time for our sessions and he keeps the gym clean! He’s a good teacher and great with the kids. I highly recommend ‘professor’ Ben.
