Canada have biggest river and unlimited water, but expensive cost. BC Hydro profit trillion, but they rebate just really tiny. Not even included a lot different fee. Theft biggest cooperation company. You should reduce rate and remove unnecessary taxes and fee. BC already expensive but still cost more absolutely theft.

Very bad service
Changed bank and forgot about auto pay, they sent me a threatening email saying to pay my outstanding amount or get disconnected. ITS BEEN 8 DAYS…. For $80.. lol. These guys want their money faster than loan sharks.
Had my apartment complex burn down, so I had to cancel my old service and renew it when I got a rental. Had a 15$ charge for account set up fee, called to see if they could remove the set up fee and told no exceptions. Zero sympathy for extenuating circumstances. 👍
