Very bad service
Changed bank and forgot about auto pay, they sent me a threatening email saying to pay my outstanding amount or get disconnected. ITS BEEN 8 DAYS…. For $80.. lol. These guys want their money faster than loan sharks.
Had my apartment complex burn down, so I had to cancel my old service and renew it when I got a rental. Had a 15$ charge for account set up fee, called to see if they could remove the set up fee and told no exceptions. Zero sympathy for extenuating circumstances. 👍
I want to give a huge shoutout to BC Hydro for their incredible hard work during the recent power outage. Our neighborhood lost power early in the day, and their team worked tirelessly to restore it. Despite the long hours and challenging conditions, they managed to get the power back on by 9 pm, ensuring our families could return to comfort by nightfall. Thank you, BC Hydro, for your dedication, commitment, and excellent service. It’s truly appreciated!
