Avoid this vile company at all cost. They will leave you high and dry with power outages frequently. We have had outages once a month over this last winter. Call to complain and they don’t care, just keep asking for more money.

Very disappointed with BC Hydro customer service. The agent I spoke with, Chelsea, was unprofessional and had a poor attitude throughout the interaction. She was dismissive and did not make any real effort to help resolve my issue. This experience was frustrating and not what I expect from a utility company.
