First of all, this company was referred to me by a mutual friend. Second, the professionalism even before the repair was outstanding. On point! Third, the technician was on time, kind, personable, professional and honest. I cannot recommend ANY HVAC company as much as will recommend B.C. HVAC in Goodlettsville, TN!
I moved to Goodlettsville from NYC 6 years ago and I've been using B.C.HVAC for my house since. It's a family owned biz and Brian and his team are pros by every sense of the word. They show up as per scheduled unlike most businesses here, deal with every situation, reasonably priced and done to perfection with integrity. Everything has been replaced over time from HVAC unit to duct work and vents.
Extremely handy, knowledgable, and friendly. Willing to go the extra mile for their customers and left the HVAC Unit area looking better than when arrived. Will definitely recommend to others. Thanks Brian and crew!
BC Heating and Cooling is the BEST around !!! If you have any hvac issues do yourself a favor and go straight to them and don't waste your time with other companies. Brian and his guys are great. They show up like they say, they communicate what's going on and they stand behind their service and product AND they treat you honest and fair. I've been using BC H/C for years for this exact reason. Thanks for all of your efforts and keeping us cool and warm when needed.
