I purchased a very “high-end” sauna on June 13, 2025. I paid additional to have it stained. They told me it would take two days max to install and it took over a month. The company hired to install it dropped it on the ground & broke it. They said they would fix the issues which have been ongoing. I have never been offered a discount, a refund or have the repairs been fixed to my satisfaction for a brand new unit that I paid 20K for. Darren was so easy to deal with and came over to see out area to recommend the best model for us. From start to finish was fantastic service. Wrong cover came by mistake and he arranged a replacement right away and even answered an e mail at midnight to reassure me everything would be ok.
