I am a retired local contractor, I have used BC Heating and Air for many years. They have always been on time and preformed professional services. I highly recommend them for all your heating and cooling needs.
I did a search on my local communiy Facebook page. I got three recomendatioms from my neighbors. I called all three. BC Heating and Air were the first to respond. Carson and Andrew are two top notch technitians. I know a little bit about heating and air. Not enough to 100% diagnose my problem but enough to know these guys were legit. Thanks guys! Office staff were really polite and helpful when I came in. Amazing business.
Carson came out right away when our heater stopped working a few days before Christmas. He was able to diagnose the problem, get the part and install it pretty quickly. Very impressed by his knowledge and honesty. Will definitely use him again!
My newer system (installed by the contractor) stopped heating recently! Everything I tried with the newly installed nest thermostat did not help~ I wanted to support a local business up here in the mountains and called B.C. Heating and Air. Conner called and texted me to set an appt. He and Andrew arrived the next morning promptly at 9am.
