Always great service. I use no one else. Installed a mini split for the church and installed a 5 ton at my home. Used them for service calls too. Trust them with all a/c and heating needs.

I recently replaced a 20+ year old heating and AC packaged unit through BC Heating & Air in my old house in midtown Memphis. Their timeliness and professionalism as well as reasonable pricing for the quality of unit installed is remarkable, saving me quite a bit of money from larger companies for competing bids with comparable replacement units. This was my first time using BC after a recommendation from a friend and I will continue to use them for any of my future HVAC needs.

Our heater broke down 2 days before the historic snow storm hit. It was fixed within 3 days. They drove out on the one day window between the first ice storm and the crazy snow storm to get it fixed. They even called to check on us. They saved our family of 2 humans and 3 dogs. I am beyond grateful. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for doing what you do so well.
