Terrible customer service. Countertops are crooked off by 1/4 inch on a 36 inch piece.

We had our counters done by B&C about a year ago. The price was fair and the installation was completed on time, but communication was not their strong suit. I have a small issue that I'd like to ask them about, but it's not easy to get anyone the answer the phone. If I decided to do new counter-tops in the bathrooms for example...I'd probably call another company.
Cheap and very dishonest! They give the illusion that you are paying for each square foot that you need but then you have to buy the full slab!!
Not to be trusted! Once Betty gets your money, you are dead to her. There are many granite shops around. Do yourself a favor and go to any of those before coming to this one!
