B&C is one of the trusted vendors we rely on for our real estate business. They have to be great if we’re going to recommend them to our clients. We just got our own garage doors done and they are perfect. They’re local, fairly priced, do great work, and they’re honest. We highly recommend them.
One of the springs on my garage door broke this morning. I called B & C and they were able to give me a price over the phone, no BS about they have to come out and give me an estimate. They showed up in less than an hour, replaced both springs for much less then the ruff estimates I got from some companies. It turns out I used they 10 years ago for the same thing. I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend them for any garage door issue you might have.
Another great experience so I'm sharing on here since last time was Yelp. Same AWESEOME service as last time. Chris took care of both doors (one was needed and the other had a minor issue that he also resolved). Some highlights: 1. Extremely informative and honest on the phone 2. Punctual and friendly; came early and same day 3. Well priced 4. Thorough experience - Fixed both garage doors 5. Deep knowledge of garage doors and repairs for new and older homes. Very happy and lucky to have this company in the community.
Had a great experience using B&C to come replace our lift unit. Rich was very communicative and made time to install the next day. He told us what unit to purchase ahead of time to save money, helped set our phones, cars, universal keypad up. Gave him a small tip, should have given him a bigger tip. Will next time. Total cost out the door with the new unit was about $375
My garage door line broke and derailed one side of the door. Scott gave me a very reasonable quote. No BS service fee just the price of the repair. At the end of his service he even lubricated the hinges and showed me exactly where to lubricate the next time it needs some attention. I paid $125 for the line that broke and I added a strut for $75 to get a much better reinforcement. Now my garage door is as good as new and better than it was before.
