I would strongly advise against hiring this company. They sent a technician to repair our furnace, and his behavior was beyond unacceptable. He was rude and unprofessional throughout the visit. At the time, only my wife and daughter were home, and his conduct was so inappropriate that my daughter had to tell him either to stop being disrespectful or leave. These guys are horrible, they got me the wrong part and told me there was a zero return policy, also they marked the part up 125%. CROOKS!
Completely unprofessional with no respect for their customers. Will never recommend them to anyone. Technician never arrived at the scheduled appointment time. I was told that "he is running late". Even then they provided no confirmation even 2 hours after the scheduled appointment time. They have literally no regard for customers time. The reception says "You are more than welcome to go somewhere else". This is how they treat their customers. I will definitely go somewhere else as it's my hard earned money.
