I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I feel it needs attention from management. I drove 30 minutes each way to purchase a 45µF run capacitor and simply asked why the price was $56 when similar parts are sold elsewhere for much less. Instead of receiving a professional explanation, I was yelled at, spoken to disrespectfully, and threatened with being kicked out for asking a basic question. Charged emergency fees for a diagnostic, but was not informed parts were unavailable until the following week, defeating the purpose of emergency service. Minimal diagnostic time but unable to fix the issue until I called another company. Disappointed not to be told upfront about the delay, and further frustrated when the representative hung up on me mid-conversation. Unacceptable customer service.

After another HVAC company didn't complete the job and the dirty filter was removed and taken and the HVAC shut off, I was left in a bad situation.I called many other businesses and no one was interested in helping. As a person with disabilities I wasn't able to get on a ladder and open the hatch to get the model number to determine what filter was needed for replacement. They are super sketchy. I bought a house this year and they sent me a letter, knowing there is a new owner saying that the previous owners system broke down a year earlier and they came to fix it then basically put in scare tactics so I would hire them to do more. Sketchy marketing. Guys you don't need to do stuff like that, just do good work and you will get clients that way!

Steve, the fellow who installed our new furnace today, was EXCEPTIONAL. I don’t think I’ve ever had a service technician or contractor here who was more pleasant, informative, and so polite and pleasant. He started by telling us that if we have ANY questions about the process while he was working that we should ask, and he finished by cleaning up and explaining exactly what he did.
