very bad experience with the technician came today. the guy came 20 mins late without any apologizes when we have an appointment with them. They are charging 198+ tax for one hour. But the guy came for 15 minutes to do his stuff. And he started to giving me orders like I am his assistant. There's no service at all. He took 10 minutes in the car writing bills.

Very disappointed with the service from BC Furnace & AC Ltd. The technician came yesterday to check our furnace issue, but unfortunately, I did not feel that the problem was thoroughly investigated. The visit seemed rushed, and I felt that more time and effort should have been spent checking the furnace and explaining the possible cause of the issue. Very poor service. They just serviced my furnace just a couple of weeks ago. The technician was on site for just 20 minutes and was charged 200 dollars. He did not do a proper job because yesterday evening I had a big puddle of water by the condensation pump. When I called them, they were going to change me a PREMIUM RATE to come and have it fixed. I said no to this as I feel if the technician had done a proper job he would have found the problem which I did myself thinks to YouTube and hence saved alot of money. I will not ... read more

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I feel it needs attention from management. I drove 30 minutes each way to purchase a 45µF run capacitor and simply asked why the price was $56 when similar parts are sold elsewhere for much less. Instead of receiving a professional explanation, I was yelled at, spoken to disrespectfully, and threatened with being kicked out for asking a basic question.
