I want to share a troubling experience I had with BC Furnace and Air Condition, located at 75 Blue Mountain Street, Coquitlam, BC. OMG... WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! The technician changed 3 things and in the end it ended up being what Fortis had told me was wrong since the beginning. The technician wanted to charge me for things that were working properly just because he changed the wrong thing from the beginning. Extremely unprofessional, a waste of time and money. The labour rate is above average and the service is below average, find different specialist for your furnace concerns.

I would strongly advise against hiring this company. They sent a technician to repair our furnace, and his behavior was beyond unacceptable. He was rude and unprofessional throughout the visit. At the time, only my wife and daughter were home, and his conduct was so inappropriate that my daughter had to tell him either to stop being disrespectful or leave. These guys are horrible, they got me the wrong part and told me there was a zero return policy, also they marked the part up 125%. CROOKS!
