I ordered a charcuterie board gift package with flowers. Cost over $100 and was told I would not get the charcuterie board and charged me full price after telling me they wouldn’t. I notified them at the time and asked for the manager but nobody responded. Do not trust this company. So many flower delivery services around and this one is special in that they don’t feel they need to be transparent and follow through.
