My first visit January 2015 won me over [no pressure, warm friendly staff, managers/owners]. My second visit February was with a trainer and confirmed my first impression. We talked over/thru various exercises geared to my range & goals, then the work began :-) . STAY TUNED!!!
Awesome local gym. The staff are helpful and the trainers really know their stuff. The atmosphere makes everyone, regardless of fitness level, feel right at home.
