You were at the Langley summer night event tonight. The girl working the middle inflatables had terrible customer service skills. Tip for your next event, close the line 30 minutes ahead of end time by putting a cone or some indicator or even a SIGN that says line is now closed.. You made my daughter cry, even though she was next in line and waiting almost 25 mins to get in. Disgusted.

Not impressed with how this company handled the event tonight with KIDS. I will be writing to the Township of Langley as well to ensure they are not hired again for future events.

We were waiting in line for almost 30 minutes but the girl decided to close the line to get into the castle right as the next group of kids were about to get in. Kids were crying, but she was unphased. Kept saying that she's not working overtime and needs to end it strictly at 8pm. Girl, you work for an inflatable business with KIDS, sometimes it's okay to over by 5 mins. Let the last few kids take a turn. Close the line. or make it fair by closing the line 15-20 minutes prior to close time so kids don't have to walk off cry... read more

I hired bc event makers for my 2 daughters’ birthday party last weekend and everything was perfect. Rick was great at communicating while planning the party and the staff member that supervised the kids bounce castle was friendly, professional and never took her eyes off them. Really impressed by the service overall. And I got quotes from several other party rental services while I was deciding who to book with and this one was by far the best value.
