B&C Diesel was initially hesitant to work on my truck, as they were worried it was a cp4 failure. After further conversation with the service advisor there, they worked to find a good solution for my individual needs. I was impressed with the quality of service, but the communication has some room to improve! I wasn't in a rush though so I didn't have a problem checking in occasionally to get updates
I had my vehicle towed here and I just want to thank Spencer and Brad and everyone else for just being so professional and helpful. Everyone really cares and it shows! I had a high pressure oil line bust, they fixed that and I ended up getting more work done.I had my Exhaust Back pressure valve welded open and they ended up welding a hole that formed as well. I will be bringing my vehicle back here for a transmission flush or anything else I need done! Great job team. Thank you!!!!
If you need an expert diesel mechanic, this is the place to go. They took great care of my 96’ F250. Great, reliable work and they take great care of their customers. If I could give more than five stars I would!
I cannot say enough good things about Brad at B&C Diesel Services. I called him out of the blue looking for information on a used vehicle I was about to purchase. Brad not only took the time to answer my questions, he explained what was wrong with the vehicle and his suggestions. Mind you, I am 600 miles away, looking at a used vehicle with what I assumed was a transmission issue, I looked on CARFAX and saw that B&C had performed a transmission check.
