Called August 2019 to schedule my boat being detailed. The owner called we agreed on a date in September to bring my boat in. I called the day before to confirm and he said it was so behind it would be a few more weeks and to call in two weeks to bring it in. Once again I called he told me he was just too busy with customers who store their boat with him and he couldn't do the detail. Would have been nice to be honest on the first or second phone call. Nickole, thank you for your input. We are always working to improve. I'm glad you found someone to take care of your boat. As we are a full service boat facility, we take care of hundreds of customers boats. We have limited storage space available since we do not like to let boats sit outside in the weather. So our schedule is constantly moving depending on when customers pickup and drop off their boat. We didn't say we 'couldn't do the detail', we work all winter long.
