One year ago, my daughter was admitted due to seizures, and our family was extremely worried about her condition. My son went in ER with fever, it was about 1/3 of the seats filled with people waiting. I told them his condition and also that the fever will likely come back in 30 mins. Then we waited for an hour (which I understand and don't mind waiting), his fever started coming back as the medicine was weaning off. I told them immediately and they said they will bring him ibuprofen, we waited for another 20 mins, nothing, his temp is way too high, his face is red, crying loudly, obviously very uncomfortable, I went to ask them twice a... read more
The wait was too long; it took seven hours just to get a closure, and I had to pay for parking three times. Seriously!
My 13 mo received amazing care from the medical staff this week. We were in and out in just over an hour. The nurses and Peds Dr were kind and thorough with my little one and made him feel at ease. Thank you!
