On September 6, 2025, we had such a positive experience at BC Children’s Hospital. The nurses and the doctor were kind and professional. They not only cared for my son with so much patience and skill, but they also took care of me as a worried mom — they offered me water, a blanket, and spoke with such a reassuring tone. My daughter needed a major heart surgery. She got it then the doctor was upset with the nurses that were caring for my daughter because they were not reaching her goals. Then they complained to me amd made me feel like a horrible mother. Not to memtion half of the staff do not have children I asked so how can they even relate to parents.
