Probably the worst place to get any help. Really horrible. It's very unfortunate for any one to get sick in this backward region.
This hospital is well-known, but our experience at the emergency department was extremely disappointing. We spent the entire night here, surrounded by the cries, coughs, and vomiting of sick children. We arrived around 1 AM and it’s now 8:30 AM — we still haven’t seen a doctor. Before heading here, I checked the hospital’s online wait time estimate, but it was completely inaccurate. The ER wasn’t even crowded, but after 4:30 AM, no patients were seen at all. Racist triage nurse at check in. Literally made a child with a broken hand wait over 4 hrs without any sympathy other than to tell us to wait more. White couple come in and in 5 min she is handing out milk and snacks to the family. Not once did she check in or offer anything to the multiple families of color in the waiting room. Saw at least 4 families storm out because of the ridiculous wait time and lack of update on how long they will have to wait.
