We chose this hospital for drawing blood because we believed they had a lot of experience with children, and the process would be smooth. However, unexpectedly, today’s nurse turned out to be very unreliable. First, she inserted the needle into the baby’s arm and fumbled around for a long time without finding the vein - she was urning the needle directly under the flesh. From start to finish they were on point. Having a sick child is no joke. Props to all the staff on today. They killed it. We left in record time with the result we wanted. Well done guys
I wish I could give them zero stars the worst hospital ever my 1 and half year old kid bumped his head with chair and need stitches and I waited there 12 hours and they even didn't see him I was begging them to see him just one nurse saw him and didn't say anything just left . Then I went to another hospital. But that 12 hours I wouldn't forget .
