We arrived at BC Children's Hospital at 12:00 PM. As I’m writing this, it’s now 6:20 PM. We came here because our baby developed a skin allergy, possibly caused by a diaper, food, or a cream. So far, nurses have come in three separate times just to check our baby’s oxygen level and temperature. Everything feels strange. We had a recent ENT surgery experience at BC Children’s Hospital, and I just want to share how grateful we are. From the moment we arrived, everything was handled with such professionalism, kindness, and care. The nurses were absolutely exceptional. so patient, attentive, and reassuring throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain each step, checked in frequently, and made sure both our child and we as parents felt comfortable and supported.
Poor service!! Our experience was a nightmare!
Cape unit and P2 are both the worst psychiatric inpatient mental facility for youth. The doctor 's don't care they said my child was stable let her come home after me telling 2 nurses and 2 doctors she was gonna seriously harm herself. Not being home for 2 hours she overdosed Dr. DANKOVA AND DR. FRASER wheny daughter was in emergency called up to cape they didn't even want to take her took her after 6 attempts.
