My daughter is almost 13 with level 3 nonverbal autism and self-injurious behavior. We have had experience at three other clinics and this is by far the best one. The rbts are the most professional group of people I have ever encountered in ABA therapy. It makes a huge difference when people take time to get to know your child and meet them where they are at. So thankful for her team.
They have wasted my time! I filled out all the paperwork and went to long intake with my child. I called and kept checking in on the insurance approval. They got my child mixed up with another child that goes there and submitted it to the wrong insurance. I called my insurance to check on the approval and it never went to my insurance so I had my insurance call and check in. Then i called back a couple days later and still no answer. Great place to take your kids, didn't regret anything. My kids love it there, and I started seeing improvements in them less them a month.
Staff is friendly and knowledgeable
