I started bringing my car to this body shop and had a couple of repairs that went fine at first, but my experience quickly went downhill when I tried to use my warranty. My warranty company wanted to send the part directly to the shop for them to install, but the shop refused to accept it. I've been using B&C Auto for the past two decades because they have proved to be very trustworthy, which is very rare from my experience. They provide excellent customer service (great to work with, they actually listen to my needs & accommodate them, and are willing to explain the issue/repair with no "hard sell"). I highly recommend this gem!

i am very happy with the work B & C did on my vehicle. I highly recommend this shop. Take your vehicles here. They were honest about the repair and kept me informed. They handled the warranty paperwork and guaranteed the repair. Its hard to find an honest shop these days. I knew what needed to be done with my vehicle prior to taking it there. I knew the error code and they diagnosed it exactly. They did not try to do unnecessary repairs. They even told me if the error comes back to bring it in. I am very satisfied with their... read more
