Watch your wallet if you engage BB&T's Wealth Management group. Our family used them to handle transition planning for our business and they acted like it was the first time they went through the exercise. In short, they offered very vague recommendations gathered thru a software program and took plenty of time and money to do it. A very disappointing experience indeed. However, it seems to be BB&T's motto - over-sell and under-deliver.
