BB&T is the worst ever experience I had with a lender. They lost documents that I had to provided over and over again. Then they kept saying everything looks good and we should get approval the next day only to ask for more documents. These people are very unorganized and lazy. Be prepared to push your closing date back for a few months!! Yes, months.. Stay away.
