Horribly snotty associates talk down to you and treat you in a condescending manner. They shuffle "holds" and pending debits so they can maximize the amount of overdraft fees they issue. The first bank I have ever seen charge you overdraft before items post. They stole an entire paycheck off this scam they couldnt even justify themselves. I got a different explanation from every associate and they charged overdraft for a pending charge that didnt even show up on their transaction log yet. Horrible bank. Go anywhere but here.
