Tellers have been polite and efficient in conducting my transactions
The receptionist entered my address wrong and then acted confused when my account was locked. They're incompetent, rude, and unless you enjoy not having access to your money because of the ineptitude of this bank, I would suggest going elsewhere. I have received better service at the DMV.
