Very very slow service i wait almost for a hour just to go to the counter and at the time when was my turn they told me they can't help me beacuse was only for BB&T not suntrust ???? Is not the same bank now?? Plus they told me i have to go to the cashier next and was noy specific sign said only for suntrust or otherwise i never make the line in the wrong place very very unprofessional not fast need new ppl or get more ppl to help the store

I wish they had better hours. 9-5 during the week means I can never go in during the week. I wish they had weekend hours
