Went in to ask someone about a banking issue on a business account. Was assured by the Branch Manager/VP on site that they would get back to me the next day. A week later, three emails and two voicemails later, they finally did, and it was to tell me they couldn't help me. The email signature boasts something about support and elevation, but I think it's just theoretical.
Have had accounts there for years, excellent C/S and very easy transactions. Very pleased with my Bank 🤓
They were nice and friendly. It didn't take that long to get me an account set up there. Great atmosphere there
