Mrs Ashlyn is so awesome. She was so kind to my friend and helped her get a safety deposit box. We are going to start banking here because of her kindness. Thank you ma’am :)

Drive-through Teller was kind and professional. She was attentive to me throughout my visit. She made sure to greet me and to let me know my place in line since there were others she was helping. I have been coming to this branch for a while and I’m happy to see they have brought in some new people who are eager to help clients. I might begin to come more often.

Went in to ask someone about a banking issue on a business account. Was assured by the Branch Manager/VP on site that they would get back to me the next day. A week later, three emails and two voicemails later, they finally did, and it was to tell me they couldn't help me. The email signature boasts something about support and elevation, but I think it's just theoretical.

Have had accounts there for years, excellent C/S and very easy transactions. Very pleased with my Bank 🤓
