Bank sucks always closed on days they’re supposed to be open or close doors early for no apparent reason. Total inconvenience way too much.
Horrible customer service!
They don't call you back when you have a question, particularly unhelpful when their online bill pay doesn't work and your landlord wants to know where the rent check is. I really need to switch to Navy Federal
