I would give it no stars if that was an option. My Roommate has banked for over 20 years at this bank. He subcontracts for Rocky Manchin @WCO. He is the reason I started banking here! We JUST NOW went to cash his weekly check from WCO that he has done EVERY WEEK for over the last 20+ years and have NEVER had a bit of trouble.
