The bankers here are all very nice and I would rate 5/5 if I was just rating them. But I’ve had so many problems with bb&t such as $500 getting lost after depositing it and now I deposited cash and the transaction is pending. Bs. Cash goes in literally right away I’ve never had any problems at any of the other locations, just this one. Now for the second time, because of bb&t and their constantly malfunctioning atms, I can’t pay my bills on time. Thanks bb&t. I’ll be switching after this.
Order took to long and forced to tip. Tipping is an option btw.
I went there two separate occasions around 3 or 4 pm and the were closed when it says there open until 5 on the window
