Worst BB&T branch I've dealt with in the Lehigh Valley. Nobody here can even act like they care about their own customer service. Especially the manager, Brenda King, who laughed in my face during a meeting about my account.

Hands down the worst bank to work with. Terrible customer service.
The worst bank I've had my mortgage with them fot 1 yrs, I make my payments on time an everything. This yrs I received a letter from the city of Allentown they didn't pay my taxes. I've been trying to fix this they tell me they fix it not to worry about it. This week which it been 4 months of me dealing with this I received another lettle from the city that if I don't pay the taxes they can sale my house. Thank you BB&T for the headache not do your job.
