Ok soo im confused here so maybe a 3 piece suite wannabe can answer a question 3 of your locations say your open on Saturday 9 til 12 so I called and called and called then I get an answer saying the office part is closed so if the bank is open at that branch why aren't the phone lines open to ask a question about my account on your website you need to put only drive thru open and no question will be answered if called the stupidest bank ever

Unreasonably long wait times. Bank staff just doesn't understand customer service as the priority on their to-do list.
Just after the bank branch closed on the Friday before the 4th of July holiday weekend, our entire BB&T banking profile was compromised. The Fraud Dept. was RIGHT on it and made me feel very at ease during this very stressful situation.
