Complaint against BB&T Bank 3/18/2021 My wife is repeatedly being asked questions from a bank teller when she does her banking there at the BB&T Bank in Gettysburg, Pa. These questions seem very odd as they are not the usual "Hi how are you today?" sort of questions. Little to no respect for their customers. Mistakes repeated when making simple transactions. Not a good combination for word of mouth advertisement. Go elsewhere for your banking needs.
Mistakes are costly for the customer if the customer doesn't catch the mistake(s) on time.. I do not recommend their service.
