Worst bank ever customer service is even worse.I literally have lawyers working with me!! Don’t do it
The customer service is Horrible!!
Worst bank ever. They never mailed me my car title. Called 10 times no one ever answers the phone. Called national 800 number 3 times. Hung up after being on hold for over an hour every time. No way to get service
Worst customer service. I used to be a teller at a bank. These people hide when they see you at the front door. Are not polite or pleasant. Don’t even say hi or how can I help you? They call you to window by saying, “you can come here.” Don’t even say, “thank you” when you are done with your transaction. I gave them multiple chances to redeem themselves, and they are absolutely terrible customer service representatives.
