BB&T recently changed their web page for on-line transfers and I have found it to be inferior to the older method, which worked flawlessly... I cannot tell if a transfer went through, their HELP line did not respond, and I find the new method to be problematic. Apparently, as of 9:30AM the Bank did not answer their phone either.
