I would have given 5 stars, because I do really like the employees at my local branch. However the company itself and the online support is below average as far as customer service.
My experience has been fantastic! I appreciate the entire team at this branch. Goldie and Angie have been fantastic and worked their butts off through COVID to help me with keeping my business open. Keep up the great work!

I've had bb&t for several years now and like the bank.. I usually deal with Kevin at this locations drive through and he's awesome! Today I dealt with Goldie and she is very nasty attitude. I never leave reviews but she definitely doesn't reflect the service I have always received at BB&T.. I notice now from seeing the reviews that I'm not the only person who has experienced this.
