I had always had a good customer service experience with Big Bend Telephone. Until now. After serious continuing problems with the speed of my internet service, every day they promise to research my issue and call me back, and every day they don't bother to call me back. If giving a damn about customers was a crime, there wouldn't be enough evidence to convict them. My experience for days and days has been time wasting and terrible. I hope yours is better.
I have been a Big Bend customer for a over 2 years now. Up until the last 3 months, I have been super satisfied. In the last 3 months, the Internet service has been horrible. The connection drops more times than I can count during night time hours. When it does this, I look on our local trading post on Facebook & see that tons of people in our town are having the same issue.
