We have had BBT for at least three years. We live in Upton County and had been pretty happy with the service up until April of this last year. We have had several outages that have not been fixed in timely manner and when we call for support, we are told things that turn out not to be true when we call again after hours of things not working. Exceptional internet and customer service.
I placed an order for service one day at the Presidio location...had internet at home within 24 hrs!!! BBT has superior customer service reps & excellent technicians.
Had an issue with no lights on the 'black box' so I called for help. I first spoke with a gentlemen who tried to troubleshoot the problem to no avail...so the call was made for further assistance at my house. Less than 30 minutes later...a call to me from local BBT and in 15 minutes...a technician was at my house! New equipment was installed and I'm back in b'ness!! Color me happy and thanks SO much for such fast and prompt service! You guys rock!!
I need help, but can’t seem to get any. I cannot run a business without internet. I called help desk and they said to wait God knows how long because my issues were related to the power outage. I tried explaining service was working fine even after the outage but won’t listen. Thanks for the great customer service........I’ve always had Big Bend as my ISP and am very disappointed....
