By far this is the WORST AND I MEAN ABSOLUTELY WORST BRANCH I HAVE ATTEMPTED TO SPEAK WITH I WAS LITERALLY ON HOLD FOR OVER 30 MINUTES TO ASK TWO SIMPLE QUESTIONS. THE PERSON WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE STATED THAT SHE WORKED FOR THE SUNTRUST SIDE BUT YOU COULD HAVE SIMPLY SEEN IF YOU COULD ASSIST WITH MY ANSWERS. My favorite branch! Customer service is excellent. Todd is amazing! Thank you!
Tellers are nice but they are always short staffed. That’s managements fault. Another big bank that doesn’t care about their customers.
The 5 prior negative reviews are gripes without providing substance including someone attempting to cash a check without any banking relationship causing problems for bad paper. Banking here for 6+ years. Low customer traffic volume. I have never waited more than 2 minutes for counter service and the special services' wait may be one person deep.
