The receptionist is so rude and should not be in customer service. I hope nobody else gets treated the way I did for calling for a legitimate reason. If they did the job right in the first place, I wouldn’t have had to call.
I spent over hour waiting in a queue for a video interview only to have them hang up half way dowm the line
This place is who handles my husbands employment company HR services, why they switched I have no idea. My husbands paycheck has been messed up and now we have to pay $5,900 in taxes because they were not taking out the correct amount out of federal. Having to fix it because even after complaining they are still doing it this year. Even the IRS agrees there's something fishy going on.
