We usually love BB’s but this location is consistently terrible. Ordered for pickup ahead of time and we waited another half hour for our order to be ready. We ordered the oyster poboy with fries and an order of wings. The poboy was sloppy and did not have much inside of it. The fries were also halfway filled and cold. The veggies with our wings order were old and had dark spots all over them. The lady that took our order was nice and helpful but that was it. Won’t be returning to this location again.
I go to this location often for lunch. I went last Thursday (7/9/2026) and Kandice was an excellent waitress. She was attentive to our table and moved very quickly. She was also very pleasant. Our food was great as usual. I love this place!
This is for Richmond location and mainly about the owners and management as staff just follows rules hence the 2 stars ownership deserves none. Staff was great friendly and had food ready right at pick up time. But this order is pathetic ordered a kids meal fried fish fries apples and ice cream for 8.99 not bad right. However no drink comes with this and nor does the ice cream as it was missing.
