The food was amazing, but honestly Thomas deserves his own 5 stars. I came for dinner and somehow left wanting to adopt my waiter. 😭 He was so sweet, attentive, and caring the entire time, I started wondering if we were his only table in the restaurant. Thomas absolutely MADE our experience at BB’s Cajun food. The food was amazing, but Thomas took the entire experience to another level. He was incredibly attentive, detail oriented, and somehow always seemed one step ahead of anything we needed before we even had to ask. He had such a welcoming and energetic personality that made our table feel like we were getting VIP treatment all night. DK was the BOM and you should have more service like him
Horrible experiences as of late. Wrong order being served, incompetent and careless waitstaff. Plus the food taste has decreased tremendously. The only thing going for this location is their location. Other than that, horrible. Visit the other locations for a better experience. Won’t be back.
