Awesome food, service and atmosphere! Hubby and I split King Combo. Wow! Ribs, beef, pulled Pork, Battered Fries and Beans! Out of this world. Tried the Boudin appetizer and it was incredible! Will be back over and over again!

Fantastic burnt ends and the boudin appetizer was incredible. The wife got a ham sandwich that was loaded with ham. She said it was one of the best she had ever had. Great food all around and you won't leave hungry. Very reasonably priced and a great nostalgic environment. If I didn't know better, I would have thought I was in the heart of Mississippi delta blues country. Service was beyond exceptional. Had a great experience here and will definitely be back.

Had the pulled pork sandwich while my husband had the sausage sandwich and we both had the battered fries and shared the pit beans. GET.THE.PIT.BEANS! For the love of all things holy, get the pit beans. But everything was very good and I highly recommend BB's - even over Gates which we ate our second evening in KC. Could have done with or without the live music and $5 cover charge but regardless I'll be back.
