Honestly I used to love this spot but the younger eyebrow girl they have needs more lessons or something my eye brows were very nice before I let her touch them now they are uneven and not even shaped properly $16 for my eyes brows to look terrible is not a good deal.
I was disappointed with my experience getting eyelash extensions at this salon. The technician seemed very inexperienced - she looked far too young to be properly certified for this work. Should have been the first red flag. Right away, she made the mistake of pulling out my existing lash extensions (done professionally at another salon) with tweezers, which was painful and damaging. I am from Detroit area, visiting TC for holidays. Got my brows done at BB’s. They did a fantastic job.
Terrible experience when I went for lash extensions. It hurt during the initial application but then my eye lids and eyeballs were red, swollen, and burning for about 6 hours afterwards and it wasn't getting any better, if anything it was getting worse. At that point I removed them and my eyes/lids continued to burn all night. Less than 24 hours later I went back in with clearly burned eyes to get a refund for the terrible reaction and she refused to give me any money back, just a small amount on a gift card for my next visi... read more
