Very enjoyable, relaxing atmosphere. The employees are always very friendly with good eye contact. Willing to answer any questions that they're presented with. Very knowledgeable of food allergies.
I stopped at BB's Coffee Shop to study for an exam. They had the best cup of hot cocoa I've ever had from a coffee shop. The pastries were also delicious! The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful and they had very nice holiday music playing. If you're looking for a quiet place to study, this is a great place to go. I was sad that they had limited hours (they closed at noon), but aside from that, I had a wonderful morning of delicious food and drink at BB's Coffee Shop.
Definitely my go-to place for Coffee in Madison! Reasonably priced and friendly people.
Love their coffee. Service is always great!
