Genuinely one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had with a hair stylist. First she comes late with no apology whatsoever and that I can forgive but then i realized she doubled booked me. I sat there in her chair for 1 hour before she even began to start braiding my hair at this point it was almost 12(my appointment was at 10:30).
