Nice smoke on all the meats. Ribs meaty with nice smoke ring. Brisket well season and moist.
I ordered 2 Brisket Tacos and they were fantastic. I had cheese, pico and an awesome green salsa on them. I met the owner and talked BBQ for a bit. I will definitely swing by again when I'm in the area. Keep up the good work guys!!
Some of the best BBQ in the state of Texas! These guys treat you like family! Cant wait to get back! The ribs are amazing!
Found out how a true "Pitmaster" gets down. The BBQ ribs are top notch. Friendly staff and excellent service! I really thought I made some damn good BBQ.... humbling moment when I realized ribs could be made at a whole other level. Can't wait to get back to TX again to have me another rib plate because there is nothing even close in Ca. Five stars!!
