Had a great experience with BBQ Masters. Tom completely disassembled and cleaned my grill and side burner that hadn’t been used in several years. To do this required replacing several parts and a deep clean. Now my grill is in great shape and ready for use. Tom was great to work with and I would recommend him to anyone who has a grill problem or have a grill just in need of a good cleaning. Good service and good price.

Had an expensive Kitchenaid BBQ that had a number of issues, one of which, was that board went bad and did not allow any gas to the burners. Tom suggested that instead of spending many hundreds of dollars on a new logic board for a 10 year BBQ, we set up a bypass to the board and manually light the burners. That worked very well and I am very pleased. He also cleaned up the Q and fixed a number of little issue that needed attention.
