The worst BBQ that I have ever had!! Beef brisket was dry and tough. Lacked flavor. I normally like brisket with very little sauce. The meat should be all the flavor I need. There wasn't enough sauce to drown the horrendous flavor. I'm from South Texas so I've eaten a lot of brisket in my 50 years on this planet. This is hands down the absolute worst brisket I have ever had. For $30 there should be more brisket. There should be better tasting brisket. There is nothing that will ever make me go here again! Had the spare ribs here and they were TOP NOTCH! Tender with a nice flavor profile and finished with a nice crust. Excellent. They also come with sauces which are honestly not necessary.
When you order a meal you expect sides when you get something that is less than a half a cup that’s unacceptable. I thought the food was mediocre. The brisket was all fat. I’ll never order for them ever again.
Pork spare ribs were fantastic. Very good potato salad.
